This is a woodworking blog devoted to the premise that woodworking doesn't have to be complicated. I specialize in a simple method of woodworking and woodworking plans that I call the glue, screw and cap method, which allows even a novice to build beautiful furniture in a reasonable amount of time. I specialize in carving with a hand held rotary tool, a simple and fun way to carve. Beautiful furniture, made simple.

Quilt rack for small quilts.
This is a new model of quilt rack I have just finished. This one is available in the Roses, Robin and Sunset model. These can be ordered on my Etsy Website. It features 5 rods to hold the quilts and a tray to keep them off of the floor. It measures 21 1/2" wide by 36" high.
This is the Pattern I used to build the rack |
This is the Robin Model |
Here I have just assembled the rack, using the glue, screw and cap method. |
This is two of the finished racks, one the White Time Worn Roses model, and the other the Robin in Pecan. |
Beautiful furniture, made simple.

White high chair for older children.

This is the same model that I have made before, but this one is in the Time Worn White Color. This chair is available as a plan or you can order one from my website. White Rose High Chair |
The chair slides nicely under the table , holding the child at the right height for their size. |
This is Rosalie, the cutest girl in the world! |
